Groovy Retro Find!

You'll have to click on these to see the detail, but it's worth the trouble! I found this Horoscope from 1976! That's more than 30 years old! I get really excited when I find things from the past. I've never been a horoscope guy, so what's more interesting to me is the movie adverts on the back. I've never seen any of these movies, have you? "Wham! Bam! Here Comes Pam!"? How about "KILLER FORCE", staring O.J. SIMPSON! What tha heck? And did you notice that Burt Reynolds stars in 2 of these movies?I found this floating around a store in Nashville.

A New READER FIND!
This find comes to us from Tommy, a friend of ours.
He found this list (in 2 parts) at a local Target and thoughtfully snatched it up for our enjoyment.
This is a Christmas List, and it doesn't look like the person that dropped it finished it. You'll notice that a lot of the gifts have lines through them, which leads me to believe that those gifts were purchased, but most gifts are left un-scratched, which means (if my theory holds) that those gifts are still to be purchased. I hope the person has another copy somewhere!
Click and read these, then see my comments below...

This is a great list. I loved reading all the things these folks were getting.
For example: On the typed page, #12 is for 'Sean Man'. He wants 'cash and book'. That is what I want! Cash and books! What a great Christmas! And I wonder if his name is really 'Sean Man', or is this just what the list writer calls Sean. "Hey, what's up, Sean man?"
Take the time to read through this list...its fun!
Thanks, Tommy!

Play List
I went to see Holly Golightly at a local club last night. After the warm up band (Sam Stewart and Band) finished, they took their gear out to their van. We were sitting by the door, and after the band left, I noticed a napkin on the floor with writing on it.
Turns out, it is the play list from Sam Stewart's set! On of the guys in the band must have dropped it on the way out. What a cool find!

An AWESOME Find!

I found this little slip of paper in the "Free Books" box at McCay's Used Books in Nashville.
I LOVE IT!
This will be one of the few Finds that I actually keep. I think I'll put it in my wallet right now, before I forget... BRB...
OK. Done.
It's about 2 inches long and a half inch wide.
I have no idea what it means, who wrote it, or why it was written, but it really gets my imagination cookin'!
